Credential Handling
Credentials and tokens are stored in protected server-side secret files. They are not committed to code, pasted into documents, or included in upload files.
Transport Security
Service traffic and authorized API communication use encrypted transport. Production website traffic is served over HTTPS through the public domain.
Audit and Approval
Production-changing workflows require an approval path and records of the operation, timestamp, source data, and rollback notes.
Data Retention
Working files are retained only for the service purpose, audit trail, troubleshooting, or legal requirements. Temporary materials are removed after use.
Incident Response
Suspected exposure, unauthorized access, or abnormal use is isolated, investigated, remediated, and notified through required channels.
